The salon is surrounded by one- and two- hour metered parking in the nearby streets. Note that they can be difficult to secure at busy times, so allow a little time before your appointment to make sure you’re not rushing. Remember to bring your coins, or sign up to the service so you can top up from your chair. 



It happens. If you’re running late, just call us - we may be able to adjust the salon schedule to accommodate you.  Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes later than your booking.



Complimentary fringe trims are provided within four weeks of your haircut.  This service can’t be pre-booked, with bookings taken no earlier than 24 hours before the appointment.

You can, however, pre-book a fringe trim at anytime in between haircuts for $27.



Miss G guarantees the work that we do.  If you feel your cut or colour requires an adjustment,

please call the salon and explain your needs to the receptionist within a week of initial service. We’ll arrange an appointment to suit you.



An in-salon consultation is required for all new clients if booking a colour correction or full scalp bleach. This makes sure the timing is correct and avoids any unexpected results.  During this consultation we will do a patch test with some powder lightener just behind your ear to make sure you do not have any sensitivities to the product.



All colours come with a basic dry. If you require additional styling or a blow-wave, you can book this at a cost of $52.  Make sure to advise reception of this at the time of booking.

For every $30 you spend on services and every $20 you spend on retail, you will earn 1 point. Valid for 12 months and redeemable for future services.



Prices may vary based on the length and thickness of your hair and the application time needed to achieve the result you want. If extra colour is required for long or thick hair it will be charged at a cost of $10 per 10 grams of colour used. Toners are charged separately from a cost of $39 if required.


We understand that life gets busy and things come up unexpectedly. Our stylists are booked up and have a limited number of appointments available each week. If you do have to cancel/reschedule your appointment we would appreciate as much notice as possible (at least 24 hrs notice) to allow time for another client.  If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours-notice on more than one occasion, you will be required to pay a $50 deposit to book any future appointments, the deposit will be deducted from your service bill. If you find that you are too busy to commit to future appointments and prefer not to pay a deposit, you can always just give us a call on the day and see if there are any spaces available.
